At least 20 to 25 unknown assailants attacked the police personnel stationed outside the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) Karachi headquarters, Insaf House, police said on Wednesday. The attackers tore the uniforms of the policemen and also attempted to seize weapons from them, the police told Geo News. ISLAMABAD: A special court, established under the Official Secrets Act, on Wednesday adjourned a hearing of the cipher case pursued against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and Vice-Chairman Shah Mahmood Qureshi till October 9 without proceedings.  Special court Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain presided over the proceedings in Adiala jail in line with the notification of the Ministry of Law. KARACHI: As authorities continue their nationwide crackdown against the dollar, currency smuggling and hoarding, it has been revealed that more than $50 million have been hoarded by the currency mafia in homes across Karachi.
