PM seeks cabinet nod for relief to protected power consumers
ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif is likely to announce relief for electricity consumers, which would positively impact more than 50 percent of the domestic consumers with a hope that it will allay public anger after an upward revision of the power tariff. KARACHI: The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) building in Karachi caight fire as a blaze broke out at its fourth floor on Monday. In an unusual incident, a man in India killed a snake which had bitten him by biting the reptile back twice. According to Hindustan Times, a railway employee Santosh Lohar was bitten by a snake. The man proceeded to bite the snake back thinking it would reverse the venom’s effect.
