LAHORE: The meeting of the Central General Council (CGC) of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PMLN) was adjourned on the instructions of President Shehbaz Sharif.
PMLN leader and former federal information minister Marriyum Aurangzeb tweeted on Wednesday that the meeting was adjourned due to smog, a health emergency and given the health of the people and the participants.
A meeting of the Central General Council for solidarity with the oppressed Palestinians was to be held on November 11 under the chairmanship of Nawaz Sharif and its new date will be announced soon, she informed.
